Marriage and Relationship Issues

Whether you’ve been together for two decades or two years, conflicts in relationships are bound to surface from time to time. You may find yourself feeling rejected and alone, wishing your partner would engage more and demonstrate their love. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by your partner’s demands, wondering if you’ll ever be seen as good enough and accepted for who you are or loved even if you make mistakes. You may find yourself feeling stuck and waiting for the inevitable day when your partner will finally end things.

While it may not be true that every relationship can be fixed, it’s certainly true that every relationship takes work and that work takes time. You may feel completely hopeless about your current relationship, but if you also find yourself still feeling interested in trying to make it work, there’s a good chance things can get better.

If you are interested in strengthening the connection with your partner, building trust and support in your relationship, and regaining the love and romance you once felt, you can contact me here to schedule an appointment or a free 15 minute phone consultation.

Treatment

For couple’s therapy, I use a model called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which you can learn more about here.
